Purchased a product, and it’s not working. What can I do?
Raise a ticket on our support site, provide the support team with the appropriate credentials needed in order to verify your purchase, and proceed to inform them of your error. They should be able to solve your dilemma in a quick, timely manner.

Do you guys have a refund policy?
Yes, we do. Our refund policy is precise, yet flexible. Certain products have different refund policies and requirements, but overall every product is capable of being refunded so long as they fall within the refund guidelines.
The following basic guidelines are:
- Must be returned within the purchase period of 7 days.
- Software/product completely incompatible with customer’s computer/laptop.
- Product has not been redeemed/used.
